What we collect
We may collect contact details, company details, venue and event information, uploaded spreadsheets or attachments, quote preferences, and website usage events such as page views, form submissions, and contact clicks.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare event proposals, review availability, manage operational triage, and improve the performance of the website and advertising.
Tracking and analytics
We may use analytics, advertising, and call / lead attribution tools, including Google Ads conversion tracking and WhatConverts, once the final live account details are connected. Those tools help us understand which marketing channels generated an enquiry or booking.
Storage and access
Website submissions are routed into Sterling’s internal operations environment for review. We take reasonable steps to limit access to staff, contractors, and service providers who need the information to provide quoting, logistics, account management, or technical support.
Uploads and documents
If you upload a spreadsheet, we may parse its contents to map line items against our inventory and generate a draft brief. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information inside uploaded files.
